We are a CBSE school and follow a regular assessment system for the overall development of the child.
We follow Cass Assessment (CAS); Term Assessments (TAs) and Project Work as a part of the ongoing assessment of every child. A sound evaluation and assessment system has been designed to form an integral part of day-to-day learning and can be implemented during the normal course of the teaching-learning process to maximize students’ learning. In order to cater to individual learning potential, three levels of worksheets - Acceptance, Balance, and Challenge are planned. The assessment manual provided is appreciative and motivating rather than critical. It also includes detailed and timely feedback with remedial measures. Millennium Schools have personalized Performance Enhancement Plans (PEP) which are remedial measures for the learners. They ensure that learning gaps, if any, are bridged before the child is taken to the next level of the concept. To help bridge the gap, a set of remedial books called 'PEP Tool' has been designed by the MEM team.
We ensure that sports and co-curricular activities are introduced based on the age group of the children.
We hire qualified teachers with good communicative skills. Every facilitator undergoes an additional certification course on strategies of classroom teaching. Further, they undergo three types of training: Product training: To understand MLS; Technology training: To be able to use the smart boards and computers as tools for effective teaching; Pedagogy training: To keep them abreast with the latest in the field of education.
Yes we are a co-educational school.
Millennium family shares a vision for every child by partnering with parents at every step. We value and invite suggestions from parents and ensure cooperation to make every event a success. Parents are also invited to give lectures and share learnings from real life with children. They also partner with us for projects that help children learn concepts and key life skills.
